Since starting his career in recruitment in 2007 Graham Moss has been passionate about understanding the intricacies of the accounting profession. Whether the role is at the start of a career or operating at board level, the impact of a great recruit is there for all to see. Graham is focused and determined to connect the requirements of both his clients and candidates, on a personal and technical level. Finance and Accountancy recruitment is not a science, but Graham believes that communicating with honesty and integrity will always lead to successful appointments. Away from the office, you will find Graham on a football pitch or on the golf course, showing little skill in either pursuit.

Lesley is a senior recruiter with over 20 years’ experience, working within various sectors. She is a firm believer in building lasting business relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike and consistently strives to exceed expectations. Honesty is paramount to Lesley and she believes her longevity in the industry has come from listening, understanding and getting to know both clients and candidates. When Lesley isn’t working, she is on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson travelling around Norfolk or Europe and enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.
Professional Office Support
Laura started her recruitment career in 2012 and has loved supporting clients and candidates in the office support sector ever since. Throughout this time she has developed her skills and prides herself on building long-lasting and trusting relationships by always being open and honest through every step with all of her candidates and clients. She believes that this has been fundamental to her career so far which has seen her place hundreds of happy candidates into their new jobs. Laura enjoys getting to know and learn about each of her clients and candidates as individuals to understand their unique requirements in order to ensure she makes the right match the first time. When she’s not at work, Laura will be found spending time with her loved ones or at the stables enjoying the Norfolk air.
Jamie began his recruitment career back in 2017, firstly specialising in the Education sector but swiftly made the move to specialise in IT. This move was prompted by a lifelong interest in tech and the ever-growing nature of the sector. Jamie thrives off finding candidates their dream position and he is passionate about being open and transparent throughout the processes. He plans to grow the division by building long standing relationships with both candidates and clients in the local marketplace and beyond.
Outside of work, Jamie has a young family who he spends majority of his time with. When not with his family you will find Jamie either in the gym, or working his way through an in-depth Netflix series.

Craig’s Recruitment journey began in 2006 gaining experience in multiple specialisms including Finance, Financial Services and Office Support.
Having spent the last sixteen years working in Suffolk and North Essex Craig has developed a strong market knowledge making him well equipped to offer genuine insight and advice to his clients and candidates. Specialising for the last ten years in Accountancy and Finance this is Craig’ passion. Placing candidates at Part Qualified, Qualified and Executive level.
Craig understands that clients and candidates are looking for a personalised and innovative service, he thrives on making every experience unique and loves nothing more than exceeding expectations.
When he finally takes his recruitment hat off you will likely find Craig walking his dog Mr Bingley. His weekends are spent teaching his children to ride motorbikes, on occasion stealing a chance to jump back in the saddle himself.
Living within, and recruiting across Norfolk & Suffolk over the past 14 years has meant that I have been able to stay on top of the economic pulse of our region. A great region to represent and recruit within.

Outside of my work passion is my family, a husband and father to 4 daughters, and 2 dogs (Loal & Nyla) so when I am not at work, aside from the social, you will find me walking (or running after them) at the park.
