Having specialised in Finance and Accountancy recruitment since 2004, Angie Atkinson has gained skills and valuable knowledge of the Accountancy market. Angie’s approach to recruitment is simple: listen and always do what you say you will do. From her experience, this combination works well for both client and candidate. Angie has a unique passion and talent for understanding people on a personal level which helps her connect personalities, not just skill sets. When Angie is not working hard in the office you will no doubt find her cycling around the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline, or spending precious and fulfilling time with her family.

Since starting his career in recruitment in 2007 Graham Moss has been passionate about understanding the intricacies of the accounting profession. Whether the role is at the start of a career or operating at board level, the impact of a great recruit is there for all to see. Graham is focused and determined to connect the requirements of both his clients and candidates, on a personal and technical level. Finance and Accountancy recruitment is not a science, but Graham believes that communicating with honesty and integrity will always lead to successful appointments. When Lesley isn’t working, she is on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson travelling around Norfolk or Europe and enjoys spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.

Laura started her recruitment career in 2012 and has loved supporting clients and candidates in the office support sector ever since. Throughout this time she has developed her skills and prides herself on building long-lasting and trusting relationships by always being open and honest through every step with all of her candidates and clients. She believes that this has been fundamental to her career so far which has seen her place hundreds of happy candidates into their new jobs. Laura enjoys getting to know and learn about each of her clients and candidates as individuals to understand their unique requirements in order to ensure she makes the right match the first time. When she’s not at work, Laura will be found spending time with her loved ones or at the stables enjoying the Norfolk air.

Outside of my work passion is my family, a husband and father to 4 daughters, and 2 dogs (Lola & Nyla) so when I am not at work, aside from the social, you will find me walking (or running after them) at the park.

Craig’s Recruitment journey began in 2006 gaining experience in multiple specialisms including Finance, Financial Services and Office Support. Having spent the last sixteen years working in Suffolk and North Essex Craig has developed a strong market knowledge making him well equipped to offer genuine insight and advice to his clients and candidates. Specialising for the last ten years in Accountancy and Finance this is Craig’ passion. Placing candidates at Part Qualified, Qualified and Executive level. Craig understands that clients and candidates are looking for a personalised and innovative service, he thrives on making every experience unique and loves nothing more than exceeding expectations. When he finally takes his recruitment hat off you will likely find Craig walking his dog Mr Bingley. His weekends are spent teaching his children to ride motorbikes, on occasion stealing a chance to jump back in the saddle himself.

Since 2013, Laura has exclusively recruited in Finance and Accountancy across Suffolk and North Essex across all industry sectors, specialising in developing the careers of newly qualified Accountants through to Finance Director. Her approach is always meticulously tailored to both the candidate and client ensuring that she fully understands their motivations and requirements. She believes building long-lasting working relationships with her contacts to be invaluable to the point where she now considers many to be friends. Her skill set extends beyond an initial shortlist with continual consultancy and advice throughout the recruitment process for both parties. Her passion for Finance recruitment is such that she will work tirelessly to find the perfect candidate or role, guiding and supporting from the first conversation and always keeping in touch!

Shaun Lohan

Shaun moved to Norfolk following the completion of his degree and was looking for a career that rewarded hard work and perseverance. As result, he commenced his career in Recruitment in 2017, specialising in the IT sector across Norfolk & Suffolk. His draw to IT recruitment complemented his fascination with technology and this allows him to build rapport with his candidates through common interests.

Shaun’s approach to recruitment is complete transparency with both clients and candidates. He believes the most rewarding aspect in recruitment is finding someone a job in the confidence they will be for there for many years to come. Relationships are key and matching the right personalities beyond a basic skillset is paramount to success.

In his spare time, he plays Rugby for Norwich Union RFC as well as Lacrosse on occasion which he started at the University of Aberdeen. You will also find him playing computer and console games far too much for someone nearing 30.

Liam Flegg

Recruitment Manager
IT Support & Development (Suffolk)

Liam has been working in recruitment for over 3 years and he grew to specialise in IT recruitment following on from his studies at the University of East Anglia within the field of Computer Science.

Liam enjoyed his studies in programming, business management and website design at the UEA. The course gave him practical exposure to the technical elements of IT, however he soon realised his passion is working with people or companies to identify where he can add value. He also takes pride and gratification from placing candidates in their dream job.

When Liam is out of the office you will find him playing football (either on the field or the playstation) or enjoying time with family and friends.

Freya Noel

Business Support Administrator

Following an early career in property in London, Freya moved to Beccles in 2017 and started her recruitment journey. Joining a national agency, she supported a variety of specialisms including Business Support, Hospitality and Marketing, with a key focus on business processes and compliance.

In 2020 Freya took a short break from work in order to raise her two boys and is now back and looking forward to putting her love of lists and organisational skills to good use!

With over 6 years administrative experience and a degree in PR and Communications, Freya thrives when it comes to meticulous organisation and planning. She prides herself on having the trust of her team and has proven to be a huge asset when it comes to compliance.

On her spare days, you will find Freya with her husband chasing after their 2 young boys (Arthur & Albie) and dog Rupert. Freya loves to be outside, tiring her boys out on a variety adventures on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder.
