We are excited to be supporting a growing, privately owned business in their efforts to appoint a full time Accounts Assistant. This is a progressive appointment for the business and the successful applicant will work closely with the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Processing purchase invoices (including supporting purchasing team to resolve queries)
- Processing subcontractor invoices
- Processing non-project sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Support the periodic payment application / payment notice process
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Control Project Contract Variations
- Assist with period end reporting
- General financial administration
The ideal candidate will have strong transnational finance experience
