I am delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation seeking to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader on a contract basis in a key role supporting a team of credit controllers whilst developing a strong customer service ethos and resilient performance culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Supervision of the credit control function.
*Ensure Manual invoicing function is resourced and adhering to SLA.
*Dealing with any queries escalated quickly and efficiently.
*Provide accurate and effective reporting of all overdue to debts and ensure that actions are followed up.
*Ensure that overdue debt is escalated quickly.
*Monitor the performance of the team and provide relevant support, training andmanagement.
*Liaise with the Legal team and ensure the necessary actions take place.
*Carry out all line manager recruitment responsibilities.
*Constantly scrutinise and review processes with a view to delivering better controls, improved service and greater efficiencies.
*Take lead on relevant projects, designing robust test plans and performing testing and consequent re-evaluation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in Credit Control management alongside excellent planning and organisational skills, and a highly flexible and adaptable approach particularly under pressure.
